Patricia Hesnan, author, channeler, and bio Energy therapist describes how to cut, design, sew, and assemble wheat packs which can be used for healing purposes. Wheat packs are filled with natural wheat grain. They can be heated in a microwave oven or cooled in a freezer for to use for healing therapy. They are then applied to the body wherever therapy or comfort is needed. Wheat packs are an ideal method of natural pain relief. This can be a very natural form of therapy which you can apply for self healing or for use with others. It is non-invasive and can be an ideal alternative for pain management. Wheat grains have a unique cellular structure. They heat up quickly but release the heat and warmth slowly over an extended period of time. They can be used either hot or cold. Because wheat packs are pliable they will adjust to the contour of the body which allows them to be easy and comfortable to use. They work on the basis that heat therapy helps to dilate the blood vessels within tight or contracted muscles which in turn helps to increase the flow of nutrients and oxygen to help the healing process of injured or damaged tissue. Applying cold packs can help with inflammation or swelling in injured or damaged tissue. Rub your two hands together to warm your hands and build up the energy field between your two hands. Now stand behind your client and very gently rest your hands palms upwards on each shoulder, as shown on this video. With one hand resting on each shoulder, ask your client to close their eyes, and breathe in and out slowly, inhaling and exhaling, letting go of every moment, in their mind, up until this moment. Ask your client (or family member, friend) to try and let go of all thoughts, past present and future and try to focus their attention on their breathing. Hold your hands in this position one on each shoulder for at least 5 minutes. You can also do mind calming if your client is lying down. In this case sit at their head position, and gently rest your hands, one on each of their shoulders, palms upwards, as seen on this video.
