P.S. The cast aluminum rim does act like a heatsink, at an ambient temp of ~65 deg, the aluminum rim was 80-90F at the end of the test.

I hit 45mph on a particularly steep downhill grade while tucking into aero position, and 35-38mph on 1-2% downhill grades.
I suppose the speed limiter on my BBS02 is not functioning proper, but i'm not complaining.... :)
