Now I promise that the enchanted items were NOT edited to make it look like it was all static since this was a bug me & any players has ever encountered on Minecraft Bedrock back in December 2017 in Minecraft Bedrock v1.2.6.60 and perhaps any other versions and just to prove it (if you aren't convinced) I had made a bug report on the Mojang studios website at https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-29551 and on this other link https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-28511 under you should be able to see about 17 issue links of some who submitted bug reports that were related to that bug.
