Is thin privilege a thing? Today I look at a list of 22 so called examples of thin privilege, and tear them apart one by one. Then I dive into the reasons why I believe fat people are some of the most privileged people alive.
Whether you're a runner, Olympic lifter, powerlifter, or any other athlete that deals with repetitive movements, it's important to mix it up every now and then. Not only will this help prevent injury, it'll instantly cure your boredom. You've gotta mix it up or shit's gonna get boring quick!
