In Matthew 24 Jesus mentioned that in the last days many will come in his name, claiming that they are the Messiah or worse that they are Jesus Christ returned. Now for 1900 years even though there have been many false prophets which we were also warned about there hasn't really been anybody claiming to be Jesus Christ returned throughout that time. Still turn the clock to the 20th century and we do not have any shortage of people claiming to be Jesus Christ. Many are mentally unstable but there are also many who are taken seriously and command a huge following. One of these false messiahs has a following of 55k people. Others can account for a following in their thousands as well. Over the last 50 years we have had in excess of 30 people claiming to be Jesus Christ returned. This talk will deal with the significance with regard to the return of the real Jesus Christ, the one who was crucified, resurrected and ascended into heaven just short of 2000 years ago.
