Preparation and ingredients:
200 g oats(1.28 cups)
400 ml milk (1.69 cups)
Mix well
Leave on for 5-10 minutes
2 eggs
Whisk well
40 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice)(3.2 tbsp)
A pinch of salt
8 g baking powder ( 0.557 ( ~ 1/2) US tbsp.)
Mix well
Pour the beaten eggs into the oatmeal
Grease a 19 cm (7.48 inch) baking dish with butter
Put the dough in a baking dish
50 g ( ~ 1/4) cup.) of your favorite berries
Cut 1 apple into small cubes.
Add small pieces of butter
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 40 minutes
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down a bit
It has become a very tasty and tender cake
