Have you ever wondered what it's like to attend a Tony Robbins seminar? As a dedicated follower of Tony Robbins since 2015, I can tell you that it has been a truly transformative experience for me. I have attended five or six of his Unleash the Power Within (UPW) events along with other programs, and each time has been mind-blowing.
Before 2015, I hadn't even heard of Tony Robbins. But since then, I have witnessed the impact he can have on people's lives. There are those who either love him or hate him, with some seeing him as a savior and others as a devil. For me, attending his seminars has had the biggest impact.
Initially, I had reservations about attending seminars and retreats, thinking they were too expensive and perhaps run by con artists trying to deceive people. However, my first UPW experience in 2015 completely shattered my preconceptions. It was the most awesome and intense five or six days of my life. The effect was so powerful that it felt like I was on a drug-induced high, similar to the experience of taking substances like acid or psychedelics. This incredible feeling of euphoria lasted for six months after the seminar, and during that time, I was running around with boundless energy.
Of course, I ended up in the hospital later on, but that had nothing to do with the seminar. It was solely due to my personal eating habits. Nonetheless, the impact of the seminar had absolutely blown my mind away.
In addition to UPW, I have also attended Date with Destiny events, and they have been equally amazing. The transformation one can experience in such a short amount of time is truly astounding. Attending multiple UPWs within a month can completely change a person's life to the point where they become unrecognizable.
To summarize, attending a Tony Robbins seminar is an extraordinary and life-changing experience. It goes beyond what any book, course, or therapy session can offer. The power of Robbins' events is simply unparalleled. So, if you get the chance, I highly recommend attending one of his seminars. It will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark on your life.

I’m currently 4 it has steadily gotten worse and worse so trying to stop the decline.
3. What have you delegated?
I also prefer to do things myself. however over the last couple of months I’ve been doing a lot of delegating to AI tools especially chatGPT and Leonardo. also using an AI social media manager which has streamlined a lot of my stuff.
4. Map out your current daily schedule - What is it now, what would you like it to be?
currently its bad but will get better.
not fully awake and doing stuff until at least 9ish.
Then I just go to the library and start working. I usually have a main meal later afternoon after my work.
5. What would your ideal day be like? Your ideal week?
5am wake up drink salty water and fast run to the park with my speaker and do some Tony Robbins jumping around, then fast run back and shower.
6am - mediate
7am - yoga
8am - tea/coffee and read journal and todays tasks/notes and start working on my business until about 2ish and then have my main meal.
3ish do 1hr of comedy writing and practice.
evening before bed - 1-2hr meditation/Yoga and journal and write tomorrow main tasks.
keep notes and make sure I update it as often as possible.
6. Where are you carving out time for yourself?
currently I’m not as I need to get my business and comedy working properly so I can then rent my own place again instead of living on my brothers couch - not the best temporary bedroom!
What I really really really really want to do is set aside a day a week for purely yoga and meditations.
Like get up at 5am and then for the rest of the day alternate between mediation and yoga.
I feel that would be a complete game changer for me.
