Our scripture is protected, people do not read Quran properly Idea that has crept in - Never go back to texts - refer to scholars only without going to texts, just like Christianity Perception that we arent equipped to texts Dont need fancy equipment to go back to the texts not as deep as people think - They have persuaded themselves because they want to be lazy, want favour by rulers, most working with rulers - Most of the so called scholars are munafiq - hadith on Qurra - the most frequent munafiq are the scholars - Distinction between Alim and scholar - Most scholars referred to them selves as qurra, not alim, later 2nd century started giving themselves title aalim - And invoke hadith the Prophets didnt leave dirham or dinar, they left ilm - Alim those who fear Allah , have real knowledge - Discussion on Ijma - Minimum criteria - go to text and yoiu will get their by yourself - Basic Arabic at least - Abstract knowledge on Quran and Sunnah these issues, dont need hold handing - linguistic ability and understanding - this is where the truth lies - Eg Ayah dont obey some one who is sinful or Kafir - why not apply that to rulers? - Eg opening of Surah Baaraa - covenant breaker - applies to those who break a covenant and attack your religion - becomes general - some one else who breaks covenant and attacks your religion - these conditions make the one who does that a leader of kufr and worthy of fighting - a - Applies to some one who jumps to power and messes up your religion - Major things are so clear - Instruction to Hudaifa at time of fitan, read the book of Allah and apply it - Ayyah relates to not following any one of tehm if they are Aathim or kafoor - why the use of Aathim (sinful) ? Quraish are Kuffar , use of aathim means there will be a time when there are people who are aathim not disbelievers - they can not be obeyed also - Unless you bring clear evidence that restricts that - and there isnt, all they have is mutilated or fabricated hadith or questionable narrations - Detailed discussion on the split in Hadith re: establish the prayer and one mentioning disobedience to Allah - Concept of not speaking on something unless you have an ijaza - wrong / nothing - why should you have ijaza - Allah is addressing Munafiqeen who have no ijaza - "do they ponder and analyse the Quran if it had been from other than Allah you would find contradictions." - Most words in Quran are consisted of basic words - Go to Quran from A to Z - People who reference scholars who say Maslaah etc - Reject it tell them I dont know your scholars, we have an Imam it is the Quran.
