How to become Eco-Friendly and save money with better batteries.
Showing how you can use Panasonic Eneloop rechargeable batteries to reduce E-waste (Electronic waste) and keep the nature clean.
Alkaline batteries (LR6) and Zinc–Carbon (R6) should be avoided and you should only use rechargeable batteries in your household devices.
Panasonic Eneloop are economical, ecological and money saving Dry-cell rechargeable Ni-MH (Nickel–metal hydride battery) batteries that are sold pre-charged and ready to use.
You can use any rechargeable long storage batteries.
IKEA Ladda batteries are a cheaper option that work well too.
These batteries are reusable, rechargeable and durable.
Can be recharged up to 2100 times and can save you a lot of money during their use.
Eneloop don't have the battery memory effect. You can recharge your batteries at any time according to Panasonic.
Low self-discharge means they can be ready to use after years of storage.
Once recharged, they hold energy much longer that regular Ni-MH batteries. Because of this these batteries are ideal for any device that you use in your home, even low power remote controls of the TV or other devices, weather stations, wireless keyboards and mouse and many other devices that you have in your house.
Or Video and photo cameras or camera equipment that require more power such as photography lights.
Become more friendly with the environment, enjoy the clean nature and reduce your e-waste output.
These batteries last a long time and can be recharged with the inexpensive Sanyo - Panasonic Ni-MH chargers.
They have a slightly lower voltage than Alkaline batteries but they work in any household device that uses AA or AAA batteries.
Alkaline batteries have 1,5V while Eneloop and rechargeable Ni-MH batteries have a voltage of 1.2V.
Eneloop battery models shown:
Ni-MH Rechargeable
BK-3MCCE
BK-4MCCE
1.2V
Min. 1900 mAh (HR6)
Ni-MH battery charger specifications:
Manufacturer: Sanyo (presently Panasonic)
Model: NC-MON04E
Output: DC 2.4V
250mA X2 (AA)
120 mA X2 (AAA)
