I gave Officer Nardini, of the Tempe Police Dept, every opportunity to leave me alone & asked him to let me go on about my business. He insisted on attempting to dominate me. I don't accept being put under any man's dominion. Dominion: Supremacy Over, ruling or controlling power : sovereignty. A police officer does not have Supreme Sovereignty over you because he pulled you over. No, No, No! Once I agreed to be "Detained" that means I'm willing to subject myself to the rule of law of-a-traffic-stop.
