Standing for long hours will be much easier with this anti fatigue mat. We got this for work, as we tend to stand for long hours in a kitchen doing prep, and on a hard floor, it really wears on you. This mat is 17 inches by 28 inches, and is great for standing on while cooking or preparing in your kitchen! I love that this is waterproof and stainproof. Drop all the food, oil, and greasy things on it you want! It cleans up with soap and water! This is actually our 2nd one, as I have had one of these for over a year, and I have to say, it has made a world of difference when prepping in the kitchen! I would like to note, when you take it out of the package it will have some wrinkles in it. You can remove these with a hair dryer on low, or just give it a few days, and it will flatten out nicely.
