For years, people have parked their money in the landlocked country within Italy. Well, despite their size, they are home to 6 major banks. These banks are are crippled due to bad debts. No one is surprised, but all the same the IMF may step in with US $350 Million (or 300 Million Euros) to shore the banks up. This is a nation of 34,000 people. That's right, smaller than most cities! But this banking crisis signifies what's going on throughout the world on a greater scale. The country never recovered from the financial crisis a decade ago, but then again, neither has any country. The difference is, most countries prevail under the temporary guise of successfully bullish, but under that thin veil is a massive debt crisis that will end in history's largest collision course as the monetary system and the stock markets crash globally. It's a collapse the likes of which the world has never seen. As the world reserve currency starts to approach a massive recession and currencies are failing throughout the world, the power shift is also happening in China, India, Germany, Russia and several other countries. Central banks are desperate and the stock markets are propped up on artificial investor confidence but no true fundamental value on a great scale. The banks across the board are insolvent and their cash to deposit ratio is astonishingly low. Bubbles are growing throughout the world in many industries and instability spreads far and wide throughout the populace as poverty grips many. The derivatives bubble globally is at the multi-quadrillion level. The pension bubble is set to hit 400 trillion dollars by the year 2050 which is entirely unsustainable. But there are solutions. self sustainability. Independence. Decentralization. Wealth insurance. Individuals must take it upon themselves to educate themselves on these matters. Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen about the recent dip in the stock market unfortunately vindicating what we at WAM have been warning about frequently for the past 5 months. The DOW Industrial at one point dropped 6.19%! Now the market has become vastly volatile. We saw many flood out of the DOW and the S&P into bonds. Now they're selling off bonds into stocks and there seems to be a very obvious identity crisis happening. We saw a big red flag two weeks ago when Larry Fink of BlackRock told people to buy in...high. So we called it out. The fact is, we are seeing red flags left and right. Alan Greenspan just called the market a bubble. Even the mainstream is admitting it's concerning. Then it goes up again a little bit and everyone thinks it's fine. The bottoms have not even been remotely tested. We will see a crash one way or another. It's inevitable and has been for a long time. The markets are manipulated into prosperity and that makes it that much more inevitable that it will be manipulated into oblivion. People are speculating on numbers rather than fundamentals. The market has been flooded for far too long and it must come down. Talk about debt and derivatives! All the while, the fiat central banking system is on the brink of disaster. All fiat currencies eventually revert to their intrinsic value of zero. They always have, they always will. So people need to take financial responsibility. That's always the bottom line. The hallmark of freedom itself. Responsibility, independence. We must decentralize and stop falling for the games of the bankers and instead play the game of life. Money's great. Look towards cash flow. Diversify. Cryptocurrencies considering the product they offer have a great future. It's only the beginning. Josh Sigurdson reports on the warnings of countless CFOs of the oncoming recession. Two thirds of CFOs surveyed claim there will be a recession within the next 18 months. 87% of CFOs believe the recession will happen in the first quarter of 2021. This is an alarming number considering the constant nonsense in the news attempting desperately to make us bullish on the economy and markets. We have been recently reporting on that which we've predicted for years. The 10 year yield is inverting with the 3 month. This is a tell-tale sign of a coming recession as has always been the case. People can ignore the inevitable all they want, but the sooner people start preparing for the inevitable, the better shape they'll be in on the other side. As the everything bubble reaches its peak world wide, as we see an oncoming derivatives bubble of multi-quadrillion dollar levels, as we see pension bubbles, real estate bubbles, student loan bubbles, stock market bubbles and the fall of the US economy as China and India look to surpass the United States and countless countries swap out of the US Dollar, there is no escaping the inevitable. However, there are countless things individuals can do to protect themselves from the crash. All fiat currencies eventually revert to their true value of zero eventually as they always have throughout history. With that said, gold and silver have always prevailed throughout history and we finally get to test the true abilities of properly decentralized, fundamentally useful and innovative cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology vs an economic downturn.
