Equipment needed: Pull up assist bands, anchor points, optional: handles
Perform each superset with as little rest between sets as possible
Shown here 4 sets of Superset 1 and 2, 3 sets of Superset 3
Optional:
Start with 3 rounds of the first 2 supersets and 2 rounds of the 3rd superset
As your endurance increases add a 4th set to superset 1, then a 4th to superset 2. If you still have time, add a 3rd set to superset 3.
Superset 1:
Shoulder press: 4 x 8-12
Row: 4 x 8-12
Superset 2:
Triceps band "dips": 4 x 8-12
Lat pulldown: 4 x 8-12
Superset 3:
Single arm triceps extension: 3 x 8-12

Exercise is beneficial for a healthy lifestyle BUT
it is NOT the primary component of weight loss
Fat burning is hormonally driven
If your metabolic hormones aren't in a healthy alignment you can't access body fat
What you eat and the quality of your sleep have much more of an impact on your metabolic hormones
Namely: Insulin, Ghrelin, Cortisol
Get your diet and sleep in place before adding or increasing exercise
Otherwise you are increasing your caloric needs and hunger to fat storing hormonal environment
1. Get 7-9 hours of sleep
2. Eat 1-3 meals a day - NO SNACKS
3. Eat whole food prioritizing animal protein & avoiding processed food

What do you have in common with a banana?
A non diabetic person has about 5 teaspoons (20g) of sugar in the blood- about the same as a small banana.
When your blood sugar goes over 5 teaspoons, insulin is released to move the excess sugar to muscles and fat cells.
When insulin is present, fat burning stops and fat storing is taking place.
This happens every time we eat.
Frequent meals and high carb meals interrupt fat burning so eating several small meals all day really does not help someone burn more body fat.
