Welcome back to Hello America!
I think it's episode number 30 something.
Do I count the weeks I take off?
I think I'll just flip a coin and go from there.
Did you miss me?
This week I kind of flew without much of a script or an outline. And let me just say in general that is a bad idea for me. When I don't have structure my ADD runs wild.
We talk about a lot of different things in this episode.
From paint eaters to Donald Trump to weirdo Christian nationalist to people who would gladly welcome some kind of theocracy so long as the trains ran on time.
We got reverse psychology. The State of the Union. UFOs and spy balloons.
And the Republican investigations into the things they read on Qanon blogs.
I really think there should be some kind of media literacy class that anyone stepping into public office should take because these people are ridiculous. They are about as bad as some of my mom's friends that watch things like Newsmax. Everything is out to get them. Especially the dark secret cabal that lives under the capitol that opened up the portal to hell.
Can we ever escape this lunacy?
Will cooler heads prevail?
What the f*** is up with all these UFOs?
