How to do a BOTTOMS UP KETTLEBELL PRESS -
This exercise can be performed in a number of stances: standing, seated, kneeling, or half-kneeling (shown). This kettlebell press variation is excellent for working on grip strength and shoulder stability. It makes a great warm up movement for days your train your shoulders.

How to do a SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT -
This can be done with a kettlebell or a dumbbell. The weight can be held in either hand. Here I am holding the kettlebell in the off-hand to force my core to resist rotation and make it tougher.
