The story behind this one is in 2003 I bought this goofey Kawasaki keyboard that had samples built in it at a thrift store for 5 bananas. It was meant for kids. But as usual, I circuit bent it, and hacked in a 1/8" phono stereo jack to record it using guitar effects.
This was the Kawsaki Keyboard, plus some guitar overdubs, played through the BOSS ME-6, using ye' olde "voices/crystal" patch I previously on other projects.
The whole thing was recorded on a 1988 GEM Computer Products clone of a Compaq Deskpro 386 with a Pentium motherboard and a Pentium 120MHz in it, running Windows 98 SE and QuartzAudiomaster Freeware. This was at the very beginning of my Digital Audio Workstation days. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3lmAdVUipA
Well, I'm back with some more NES stuff, though this time it's just showing off some Translated versions of some Japanese-only Famicom games (aka, the NES in Japan).
1) Akumajou Special - Boku Dracula Kun - Essentially, it's a kiddie-version of Castlevania, note how it's got all the characters "lightened up" and an upkey remix of the song from Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse.
2.) Hello Kitty World - Yeah, I know, it's a "girls game", but I just had to see what kind of craziness this game would have.
3.) Herakles no Eikou 2 - titan no Metsubou - RPG in the Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest vein, kind of boring though, and seemingly odd that one cannot get out of the town to go fight and build experience. Something I might have to explore more in the future.
4.) Juuouki - Not sure what the word means, but from what I can tell, you are a muscle man fighting zombies, strange purple and green guys, dogs, and pterodactyls. Seems kind of close to Bad Dudes or Demon Sword.
5.) Kero Kero Keroppi no Dai Bouken 2 - Dnuts Ike ha Ooswagi - Whoah! What a long title. Basically, it's a cutsey semi-Mario-like game about a froggy. It's actually a favorite, I think it could have done fairly well in the US.
6.) Taiyou no Yuusha Fighbird - Really cool top-down view shooter game, sort of like 1943, Kings Knight, or Ikari Warriors, but with this cool feature to change vehicles at will.

Recorded in 2020 because I started coming up with my own lyrics to the Toredor march while stuck in my head....then recorded on BandLab. This is sort of a "Hardcore"/"Punk" version.

We continue exploration of a tower south of alefgard and find the Star Crest after some very stupid betrayal by some underestimating Gremlins.
Oh yeah, and more out-of-context bickering, conversation, and other content. Hey, it was either here, or in the 122 degree hot garage. But hey, if Bithead1000 can get dragged into dialogue with his family during his videos....I guess it's okay.

Finally doing a good old fashioned Creepingnet long-demo of this guitar with the specially sourced vintage DiMarzio Super II Humbuckers in it, like how the Odyssey and the $60 upgrade version Hondos came off the factory floor. Killer tone.

More new music from me......this time, I'm using a Ricky Wilson (B-52's) style tuning and layering lead guitar over it - with a little NES chiptune and early 80's wacky New Wave Influence.
