Part 1 highlights the serious impacts on peoples’ minds due to the current age of turbulent distractions.

https://youtu.be/TmD-YaSulek Part 2 looks at the five parts that make up an inner person. They are the physical body, metabolic energy body, subconscious mind, conscious mind and consciousness. It was identified that 95% of the time a person is living their life in an “unconscious state”, based on the subconscious programming in their minds. This is because most of the time their consciousness is lost in their thoughts, which results in the subconscious mind taking charge of their behaviors. The solution is to develop the practice and habit of thinking consciously, where a person’s consciousness is “awake” and is able to observe and be aware of the workings of the conscious and subconscious minds.

It discusses the 3 factors (View, Meditation and Conduct) that can help a person transform into an enlightened human being.
