When he inadvertently saves the president from a terrorist bombing, Inspector Jacques Clouseau is handed the task of taking down the entire terrorist organization himself. But with his overzealous manservant, his deranged boss, and his own ineptitude standing in the way, the terrorists may be the least of Clouseau's troubles.
