Just a little test run video after disconnecting my boost controller, removing plastic spacer from pump fuel pin diaphragm and adding a hair more at the fuel load screw. Check my other videos on how to tune your injector pump and turbo for more power.
There are reports of guys in Thailand running 3 Bar or 43 PSI. Of course I have no idea how long their engines last, but made me more comfortable for 1.8 as my max target. I hit it and now reconnected the Boost Controller, which even 'all the way closed', will bleed pressure and max at 1.6 Bar.
Next step is to replace the stock intercooler with a modern aluminum unit, as this reduces gas volume and allows more air/fuel to enter the engine under the same boost setting.
