Have you ever wondered what sets wine, beer, rum, gin, vodka, tequila, brandy, whiskey, and scotch apart? In this video, we'll break it down for you in simple terms.
We'll start by exploring the fermentation process, which is how alcohol is made. You'll learn about the fascinating journey from raw ingredients to the delicious beverages we enjoy. Now, let's talk about wine and beer. These drinks have a limited alcohol percentage, but fear not! To boost the alcohol content, a process called distillation is used. This technique helps increase the potency of these drinks.
Speaking of distillation, it gives rise to spirits or distilled alcoholic beverages. Some popular examples include rum, whiskey, scotch, gin, vodka, tequila, and brandy. Each spirit has its unique characteristics and flavors that make them stand out.
But wait, there's more! If we add herbs or sugar to spirits, we get a special category known as liqueur. These delightful concoctions offer a whole new world of flavors to explore.
In our video, we'll also dive into the concept of ABV (Alcohol by Volume). It's a measure that tells us how much alcohol is present in different drinks. We'll explore the alcohol content in various alcoholic beverages, giving you a better understanding of their strengths.
Lastly, we'll unveil the crown jewel—the strongest alcoholic beverage in the world. Prepare to be amazed as we reveal the drink with the highest alcohol percentage.
