Another hard Monday and we had to pull ourselves out of the abode today. We gave the run all we had. It turned out to be a warm up. We got to the rope, backwards running and more.
UPDATED...(9-18-23) No one reads these, but we'll add it anyway. As we enter the Autumn we're looking back at the previous 9 months. I'd characterize this year, Renaissance Year 2023 as the best, in terms of strength, endurance, stamina, nutrition and overall health, of my adult life. This includes my military service and boot camp. It also includes each of the ten years I taught/led group exercise sessions. It will be difficult to top, but we're willing to aim high just to maintain. Prepare for the best!

Rose Park Sessions: Special Edition
Session 11- the list episode. We started with sprints and running up hills. Then the usual exercises. Running remains stronger, leg work afterwards, abs, pullups and dips. All body work. Then we came back to the gym and figured... "We can mix this like deep house track." Fortnight Fitness was born. This season is a game changer. Watch how we do.
