It is the authors humble conclusion that privatised system of government like that in a monarchial aristocracy is better placed to take governmental decisions, for they act upon their own private benefit throughout centuries - in contrast to public owned democratic institutions which solidify into socialist-esque "majority" status quo machines endlessly regulating and taxating the free market, in turn benefiting only the nomenklatura and impoverishing the citizen.
