How to do a Lat Pull-down with a Power Band
This exercise focuses on the lats and mid and lower back. Anchor the band above your head. You can also take a kneeling position to perform this movement.

How to do: Steel Club Torch Press - Coach Josh Wood

The Torch Press can be done with any sort of weight (barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, mace etc.). My personal favourite is with a steel club. The Torch Press should be done with the elbow tight to the side. Press from a low position to a high position. This is a great exercise for working scapular and glenohumeral (shoulder) stability. In particular, I use it to train serratus anterior. The steel club adds an aspect of shoulder/rotator cuff stability and activation, and the fat grip challenges the grip. I typically program these in the warm up.
