#BeatriceCaruso #YoYoDieting #WeightLoss Beatrice Caruso | A Review of a Review on Yo Yo Dieting | Disingenuous or Deserving an Apology Beatrice Caruso runs a fabulous Youtube weight loss channel. This past week I did a review of one of her videos from only 2 months ago. I encouraged everyone to go to her channel from that video and follow along with her journey as I think her channel is wildly entertaining and very motivation for people that may want to lose weight. I did have a few suggestions to her and those that may watch her YoYo dieting video. She released a video based on the review in which she seemed upset I used a video from just 2 months ago to review. This video explains why I used the video that I used as it was the number 1 suggested video to me by youtube... the video has a 100% Search Engine Optimization rating on YouTube which means that many people for many years can be suggested this video with a highly searchable title and tags. This is why I found it important to warn people of the possible dangers of mini cuts for sustained weight loss when coupled with disordered eating. However, what I find to be possible disingenuous is that in her review of my review Beatrice left out that I had contacted her before every filming the video, asked her for a pic for the thumbnail and when she had none sent the thumbnail I created and said it was based off the video I was going to be reviewing, and even gave her an opportunity to view the video first of which she declined.
