Worm Wednesday Feeding 1lb. Red Wiggler Bin 7/5/2023 Found a few nice worm balls around the feeding area in the worm bin. After giving the bin a fluffing, I added shredded cardboard for new bedding to the feeding area. Then I put watermelon, apple and blended food (carrots and watermelon), then topped it with some Dunkin' coffee grounds and some ground eggshells. As I started covering the feeding area, I added the pieces of cardboard to the feeding area and continued to cover. Lastly I added the worm chow and the giant coffee filter and bubble wrap back to the bin. 6/5/2022 weed compost tea I was pulling weeds around the garden and decided to make a useful product with them. After pulling submerged the weeds in water for at least a week. Then add some water to the mixture and water the base of plants like usual. The weeds after they have been soaked can then be add to a regular compost bin to continue to breakdown to be used in the garden as compost later.
