During the pandemic, I made this video to help do my part and heal the world. It was a 'Loving Kindness Ceremony for Peace and Healing' in the world, which was very much needed at the time. And it still is!
Did it work? You tell me. We're still here, aren't we? ? Of course, I can't take all the credit. But a lot of people sent out healing vibes during that time, with their prayers, their meditations, their good intentions, and their hearts. I have no doubt that it made a huge difference. Even if it was only to those who were awoken from their slumber, that would be enough, but I know for certain it was much farther-reaching than just that.
Remember the dark times when basking in the light.
Remember the light when the dark times come back around.
Like with most things, it's all about balance. And so...
Be well.
Be at peace.
Be happy.
Be yourself.
Be ONE.
Be Divine.
And most important of all, just BE.

This is a prayer I created for my morning routine to honor all of our many ancestors, friends, family, animals, and Spirit allies who watch over us and help us every day to do ?The Great Work?.
Below is the script for anyone who may want to recite it along with the video. The power of this prayer is increased exponentially with every additional voice that lends its breath to it.
Say it loud and proud so your ancestors can hear you!
Bang a drum! Ring a bell! Shake a rattle!
Speak your honor to the skies and let the winds carry it to the heavens.
Speak your honor to the earth so the dead can feel your vibrations.
Speak your honor to the aether and reach out through your DNA.

All those who have come before us
The many generations who fought battles for us
Those who died for us and paved the way forward for us
Without your life, we would not be here
We honor our dearly departed loved ones
Those who have returned to the Source of Creation
We still love you and we miss you
But we know that you’re still here with us in Spirit
We think of you often and will cherish your memory always
We honor all of our pets
And all of our animal friends
Though you have left this world
You are still close to our hearts
Keep walking, crawling, swimming, and flying beside us
To all our beloved family, friends, allies, and ancestors
Please continue to watch over us
With your ever-loving gaze
Shine your divine light on us
Protect us, heal us, and work through us
