I just joined the last 40 minutes of a 2-hour call with Michael Bernoff - He's a life coach that someone sent me a link for. It was an actual phone call, so I couldn't see the other people, but I could hear them. And they sound like a nice group. They're all passionate about making positive changes in their lives. So I joined the Facebook group. Michael told us to write down 4 things we need to get done right away - And one them to do tonight. Getting rid of little tasks, like cleaning a room, or doing your taxes, or emailing someone about a work thing - Will free you up to work on big, important things. Oh, and the thing to do tonight could also be doing 50 pushups, or running around the block. For me, I think the most important thing I can do is it go to bed at 9 or 10pm so I can get up early and have a full day of making comedy videos. Anyway, I went live in the group to introduce myself to everyone, and to explain why it was hard for me to pick something to do tonight. There were some nice comments in the chat.
