最近有個煩惱就是外食很多食物基本都不能吃
所以針對於此,做了這款小零食
對於經常外出的酮學可以帶出門享用了^_^

Recently, I have a worry that not much food to eat outside.
So in response to this, I made this snack

❥材料INGREDIENTS :
杏仁粉100克
赤藻糖醇30克
可可粉20克
泡打粉3克
鹽1克
牛油50克
蛋1小隻(~50g)
香草精適量
1.先將所有粉類材料在一個大盆裡
2.把牛油溶化,加入雞蛋攪拌均勻
3.將液體倒入粉類,攪拌至團狀
4.最終麵團是帶點油,濕潤的
5.直接把麵團
烤箱180度20mins
變脆的小提示:
1.烤制過程使用熱風功能
2.放涼後放冰箱冷藏1-2小時即變脆

Cocoa powder 20g
Baking powder 3g
Salt 1g
Butter 50g
1 small egg (~50g)
Vanilla extract
1. Put all powder materials in a large basin first
2. Melt the butter, add the eggs and mix well
3. Pour the liquid into the powder and stir until it is a ball
4. The final dough is a little oily and moist
5. Put the dough directly
Oven 180 degrees 20mins
Tips to become crispy:
1. Use the hot air function during the roasting process
2. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and it will become crispy

每份椰子球(共3份) Yields 3 servings:
淨碳水Net crab:4
蛋白質Protein:4.6
脂肪Fat:37.5
總碳水Total crab:9.6
纖維fiber:5.6
卡路里Calories:394
❥材料INGREDIENTS :
椰子粉50克
無鹽牛油110克
[小提示:用草飼的牛油,有更多omgea3,維他命A&E]
1蛋
赤藻糖醇20克
可可粉3~5克(可選)
1.牛油先室溫軟化好,加入赤藻糖醇
2,加入蛋,稍微攪拌,不用完全融合在一起
3.加入椰子粉攪拌均勻即可
4.所有材料攪拌均勻分成15等分
如想做巧克力味可以取1/3麵團篩入3-5克可可粉
1/2麵團需加入7克可可粉(看麵團顏色,顏色越深巧克力味越濃)
做雙色的話不需要完全攪拌均勻
5.190度12分鐘直至上色
(這個時間不一定的,根據自家烤箱而定)
小型烤箱為免烤焦,可以放低溫約170度烤至上色即可(低溫時間需延長)

1. The butter is softened at room temperature first, then add erythritol
2, add the egg, stir a little, don't need to completely fuse together
3. Add coconut flour and stir well
4. Stir all the materials and divide them into 15 equal parts
If you want to make chocolate flavor, you can take 1/3 of the dough and sift into 3-5 grams of cocoa powder
For 1/2 dough, add 7 grams of cocoa powder (look at the color of the dough, the darker the color, the stronger the chocolate flavor)
If you do two colors, you don’t need to mix them thoroughly
5.190 degrees for 12 minutes until the color
(This time is not necessarily, it depends on your own oven)
The small oven is free of scorching, and can be baked at a low temperature of about 170 degrees until it is colored (the low temperature needs to be extended)
