I've had a Decklink Duo 2 for a couple of years now and before that, I used an ultrastudio 4k at church. What always confused me was "Internal vs. External" in the settings for alpha in ProPresenter.
After some research, I figured out what they meant (external means a video switcher puts the key and fill together to do the keying and internal means it all happens in the card itself).

On today's Tech, No Babel: Live-streaming: People you need for a live-stream

A lot of churches add live-streaming to what they're already doing. It's not good enough to be a minimum viable ministry, but a "just press this button in addition to what you're doing already" addition.
To do it right, though, you need to have more than one camera and a director. Each camera should be controlled by an operator dedicated to that camera.

If you don't understand this, ProPresenter will always be a mystery to you. You'll get odd results, and will wonder why people like it so much: layers.
ProPresenter isn't like PowerPoint, or Keynote, or google slides. It works on a series of layers. You can change each one without affecting the others, except that opaque portions of layers above, hide layers below.
To illustrate this point, I went back to the 70s and 80s to use ancient technology that should make it clearer (no pun intended). ?.
