Getting started on a site like Upwork can be a struggle and typically, the projects are vastly under budgeted. I know the consensus among the editing community is to avoid this site, because it brings down the price point of editing gigs and the website take a good chunk of money as a fee. The way I look at it, this is paid practice and I have built a good relationship with this client.
