I recently stumbled across a website called Zumper. They had a listicle on the eight best places to live in Illinois. According to them, they based their methodology on the cost for rent on a one-bedroom apartment, the population change, and amenities. They didn't even factor in things like crime, job market or poverty, so let's just say that I have more than a few issues with their list.
