How long do vegetables last in your refrigerator? celery and carrots wilt pretty quick in my fridge, but I think i found a way to make them last a lot longer. I forgot to mention you can also wash your vegetables and fruit to make them last longer too. the second tip is how to make the cream cheese and celery very fast if you have to make a lot for family gatherings and holidays. add some sesame seeds or paprika to the cream cheese as a topping and people will think you spent a lot of time. I need to do some fun outdoor videos, all of these food videos are making me gain weight.I am at an age where I no longer care if I get fat or not, I just will be damned if I am going to go out and buy new pants. I recently purchased a Cobra brand 80 lb pistol Crossbow and it has been a lot of fun. The little arrows or bolt ammo that comes with it break easily where the plastic is attached to the aluminum. You can purchase more ammo on Amazon but I read many reviews and they recommend the plastic ammo as it breaks less easily. However, the plastic ammo is lighter so it will not penetrate as much as the aluminum but that is not a big issue for simple target shooting and practice. I decided to try and make some arrows or bolts out of dollar store pencils to shoot simple cardboard box targets and the pencils work better than I imagined. I used my Rockwell Bladerunner to make a slot in the ends and made the arrow fletching from a milk carton. Next week I will post a video detailing the pros and cons of the little crossbow and some things I have found out to make it last longer. So far I am pretty happy with the crossbow and the DIY ammo. I did not take any video of me shooting in my apartment. I will next week. If you want to see the crossbow in action I highly recommend you watch JeorgSprave's slingshot channel. Jeorg has made several videos showing how he modified the crossbow pistol and has been having a lot of fun with it. The easiest video to make is a slide show. I wanted to show how easy and quick it is to make a slide show with Windows Live Movie Maker. I picked a letter at random, entered the letter into a Google search and picked a word from the Google search result and then used that word to search all creative Commons photos, video and music to make my slide show from. The longest part was choosing what content to use, the actual video takes only a few moments to make. I picked the letter K which gave me the word kayak ( and K mart) in the Google search and I used kayak to find all my photos in Creative Commons and used Creative Commons music from Vimeo music store. This is the finished result. It is very quick and easy to use WLMM. I will be uploading a longer video showing how I assembled the video with Windows Live Movie maker and link to this video.
