Hello Nation! My name if Fred Mohr I have been a firefighter for the past 16 years and for the past 28 years a big time fitness enthusiast. Since 19 years old I have been working out with traditional weight training and doing a hell of alot of mountain biking.
Recently I found the steel mace and it revived me and brought me back to a better state of mobility and mindset. I cant believe how good I feel. The passion is strong and I noticed I enjoy teaching mace and decided to get back into personal training and focus on this modality.Meanwhile I decided to start this podcast so that I may get a chance to document the earlier stages of the mace movement as well as speak with the brilliant coaches and enthusiasts about proper training,business and promoting the mace to people who may be a little skeptical about trying it.
