One of the greatest ways the subconscious learns is through repetition: affirm to yourself at least 3 times every day the ideas and feelings you seek to create in your experience and watch the transformation.
As you affirm a reality to yourself, you will experience it more, and inevitably you will create it physically. Using this information, we can learn to create the reality we want to live in by our own choice, through thinking and feeling with more awareness.
