You would think after the first few major flops at the box office, Disney would re-evaluate their strategy when it comes to creating and releasing entertainment. For years now, our favourite properties have been hijacked by woke Hollywood and their social justice messaging, soo much so that life-long fans have completely disassociated themselves from the very things they used to love. This is the case for Pixar, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Marvel but the list could really go on and on. However, Disney CEO Bob Iger recently came out with some statements that have shocked a lot of viewers into thinking that maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel after all. Iger said that they are trying to focus on cutting back on the amount of content released in order to save costs. This is not a surprise seen as the company removed the Willow series from their streaming service, Disney+ after it proved to be wasting Disney money just by staying on there. How embarrasing. If the business really does stop spewing out all of this garbage, that is a starter but for real change to be implemented, the writing process and all of the writers involved with that side of the industry need to have a massive shake up become everything on the screen now is just the same and it lacks genuine creativity.
