2019 Schindler 5500 MRL Traction Elevator at The Nexus at Waverly (Charlotte, NC)
This place was built 2 years later after The Hub. Despite that, these cabs are almost identical to the ones at The Hub, minus the wood in the middle. These also run very smooth and look really nice, plus they talk, although rather quietly.

So, found my first RT! I was expecting the Westinghouse one and I got the Schindler one instead. This is pretty cool for a generic cab, however, the riding quality is a different story. It runs poorly and has a good bit of shaking going on, and the door operators are also starting to shit themselves. It's a damn shame they run like this because I like the Adams PEP Fixtures and the Motor startup is pretty cool too! Hopefully, this gets fixed up and running better soon.

I had to film this 2 months later because this went Out of Service in August when I originally visited. Now it works again 2 months later!
This is your basic “Conventional Styled” Elevator with Older Innovation Universally Cheap fixtures. These are my least favorite Montys out there, but I still kinda like them despite the IU fixtures as they typically have neat features, like a good motor and solid ride qualities. This one ain’t too different. It also has the odd Circle Laterns too! Design wise and motor wise, I prefer the Schindler HT 330A at the South one; but still not bad for a runner up.

Here we have a pair of ThyssenKrupp Traditionals. I first thought these were Traction, until I saw the elevator info. The motors are so quiet it’s not even funny.
Cab 1 runs fine, while cab 2 seems like it’s low on oil, very strange if you ask me. I don’t really care for these snore fest cabs honestly, but they’re interesting overall.

This is likely a replacement for an Older Otis 2000 Elevator. It's another Modern and Sleek Gen2 Life, however this does not run the best.

This is one of the older Impulses here at these Medical Offices. It has a very big cab as well, a louder motor, and a more organized COP. Besides that, it's pretty much another Impulse.

Okay, so from what I learned, these were originally Haughton elevators from 1929, so technically my first Haughton (how did I ride my first Haughton but not a Westinghouse?!)! However, one cab is disabled (likely limitedly used and may have OG Fixtures) and the other received a GAL JetPlus mod in 1982, by DOVER???? What makes this more confusing is that it uses the 50's-60's logo on the Main Control Panel despite being a 1982 mod... like huh? And go figure, most floors are locked off besides 2. Also the cab design is weird, like there is a slant towards the door where the Laterns are.
Overall, these are simple but fine Traction Elevators with a confusing, although tasteful mod. And on some Floors, they retained the OG Call Panels, which is an awesome dedication to the old Haughton Cabs! I wonder what the OG Panel looked like since these were Former Black Buttons.

This is an old Gated 1937 Otis Traction with Bakelite Black Buttons! The gate is automatic and doesn't slam unlike the 1929 Otis at 70 Woodfin, however all the good stuff ends there. Not only is it rather tiny, only supporting 1K Lbs, holy crap does this run poorly! I think some TLC can get this thing running much better. Oh well, despite the crappy running condition, this is a neat piece of history!

DISCLAIMER: Although this location I have disclosed, I would not suggest coming here unless you have some backup. Not saying you are going to get kidnapped and be sent to the Backrooms, but this place is super unnerving.
A little interesting bit about this building. This was built as the Former Alba Waldensian Corporate Office building in 1971, and probably just became a simple office building decades ago. Over 75% of this building is basically abandoned at this point and the layout and designs are just super unsettling. 50% of this building looks like it want's to be an Basic Office Building, while the other 50% wants to be some abandoned School hallway with colorful lockers.
Back to the video now, we have 2 Awesome Extremely Rare Dovers with the 50's/60's Logo with CJ Anderson HNS Buttons! Finding a Dover with CJ Anderson Fixtures is super rare! The left cab runs slow and takes a bit to level, and also makes strange noises when trying to level the first time (I assume these are rarely used to begin with), while the right one seems to run faster and better, with faster leveling too. Definitely an awesome set of elevators in probably one of the most unsettling buildings I have stepped into.
