Lisa and Marie tried to hold a public meeting to discuss Gender Ideology in Schools. Six months later, with security, it happened.
In an astonishing turn of events the hosting of this event discussing censorship resulted in Common Knowledge in turn being censored / deplatformed by the Quaker Meeting House in Edinburgh. You can hear more about that in the interview below with Common Knowledge chair Professor Richard Ennos; https://odysee.com/@UNWAShED:8/Quakers:7
Is permaculture the answer to the food, health and economic crisis that we seem to be heading towards? City gardener Paul Masser presents.
Paul Masser works as a community gardener with Community Alliance Trust in Craigmillar. In partnership with Edible Estates, CAT supports local residents to set up community gardens, and has started a 'food hub' with various growing sites supplying a community pantry, as a way of addressing food insecurity.
Paul researched various issues relating to sustainable food production while studying for a MSc at Edinburgh University, during which he also trained for a Permaculture Design Certificate. Permaculture is an international movement that seeks to empower people and communities to design diverse and abundant living landscapes on ecological principles, and offers many practical solutions for self-sufficient and sustainable living.
We will discuss possible alternative futures for food and farming beyond the current globalised food system, based on export-driven industrial monocultures and monopolistic agribusiness corporations, which is now failing. As the supply chains collapse across the world, effectively ending Globalism, hopefully without the need for wider war, then nations, communities and individuals have to look inward, even to their own front garden, to find ways to eat well and live well.
Did you know that every city in Scotland is signed up to become a Smart City? Do you know what a Smart City is? Where is the transparency, the meaningful discussion? What does it mean for our right to privacy, our freedom of movement, our right to own property and vehicles – and what, if any, are the safety concerns?
Temora Yuille, of YouTube101s, will be delivering a talk on ‘Technocracy’ – the catch all term for this impending style of governance. She hopes to inspire people with the conviction to think and talk with confidence, about everything from LED streetlights to Digital ID/central bank digital currency/social credit scores etc. – and whether this is really a system that we want to bequeath our children.
(Apologies for technical issues with this event - the recording captured the excellent Q&A, but not the talk itself)

David Adelman aka The People’s Lawyer is Cambridge University educated and a qualified Solicitor by training. But as a young man, David soon turned his back on conventional work and office incarceration to explore life by actually living it.
After teaching English in Spain for several years, back in the UK he was awarded funding to teach a card game for thinking and social skills in schools around the country. His experience in the education system led to him to research and author a book now published as ‘School – No Place for Children’.
He gave a keynote speech at the Glastonbury Symposium in July 2019 and was about to embark on a nationwide tour on education when COVID hit town. The result is now visible on this site and available at in-person live talks and online courses to massively upgrade people’s general sense of their own power.

Is the concern about climate change really just another way of raising taxes and having captured markets so the same groups can make money out of people as they always have?
Why are the people who promote climate change the same people who stand to benefit...and it's not the People.
