Doug Christie was a Canadian lawyer and Western separatist. He most famously defended Ernst Zundel against the jews for hate speech crimes in the 1980s. In this clip, Doug tells a story about how he was asked to negotiate between prisoners and prison and police officials. Prisoners had taken a couple of guards hostage. After securing the release of the guards, the prison officials and police reneged on their promises: No prison warden court and only 'outside court,' allowing media to see the horrible conditions of the 'hole' or solitary confinement, and better treatment for drug addicts.
