Remaking Toriel's famous butterscotch & cinnamon pie as a cocktail! Can be made as alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Grab your fuzziest blanket, a hot mug of eggnog & join us Saturdays at 9pm PST for a Pacifist livestream playing of Undertale :) BUTTERSCOTCH EGGNOG RECIPE: (makes 2-3 steins of eggnog) - 1/2 pint whole milk - 1/2 c heavy whipping cream - 1-2 dollops butterscotch sauce - pink of salt (optional) - 3 egg yolks - 2-3 tablespoons sugar - freshly grated nutmeg - freshly grated cinnamon - whipped cream - maraschino cherry In a cold saucepan, mix together the milk and the cream. Add the pink of salt (optional) and raise the temperature to medium. Remove from the heat once it's almost to a boil. Be sure to keep stirring to avoid the milk scalding on the bottom of the pan. In a bowl, add the egg yolks and the sugar. Beat with a fork or a whisk until the eggs are lighter in color and the sugar is dissolved. Add the freshly grated nutmeg & cinnamon. Slowly add the hot milk to the eggs one spoonful at a time and stir constantly. Once a third of the milk mixture has been added, pour the rest of the milk into the eggs and beat. You can pour the eggnog back into the pan and bring it back to almost a boil if you're concerned about the eggs. Pour into a stein, top with whipped cream, some sprinkled cinnamon, and a cherry of course :) The rest of the eggnog can be put into the refridgerator and re-heated later. ❤️ Like to help the channel?
