Hello Everyone!! Welcome to my life journey of exploring Meghalaya. Today as the thumbnail of the video says, I am going out for offbeat travel and trekking to Jaintia Hills to be more specific, to East Jaintia Hills to a place called Khaddum Shympe falls. The place does not have any signboards, or local guides and no entry fee. To total hours of the journey for both coming and going is about 3 hours 45 minutes. First: To reach this place use Google Maps to get to East Jaintia Hills. Second: Use Google Maps to reach the Lumshnong Toll Gate from the Tole gate you need to go another 600 metres ahead after that you will see some off-road on the left side and a couple of small shops to be more specifically tea Shops. From here go the off-road where you will see a signboard way to BRICHYNOT, then follow the road straight ahead to Brichynot village keeping going ahead until you get a concrete road that ends this is where the trekking starts. You can park your vehicle here or take some more ahead. Warning: The road is not good. Choose wisely to take your vehicle or do trekking. Yes if you have an offroader vehicle you can go ahead. From here there are two road one is on the left via a wire suspension bridge and the onother is by corssing the river to reach Khaddum Village. Warning: Do not try to cross the river during the rainy session use only the Bridge Note: Since there is no proper direction and guide start your journey early as possible.
