Ugh! - my next door neighbor filed for another appeal... a "Trial De Novo"- she just flat out refuses to accept that intentionally destroying my property & then intentionally telling a bunch of lies to get a restraining order... was not nice- it was illegal & it cost me some serious cash. -she pretends to be a sweet little old lady & all her court fees are ALWAYS waived- but the reality is - she is devious & manipulative.... actually she needs to be thrown in jail- but since that will never happen- & since once again I'm REQUIRED to prove my neighbor is not nice - I can only hope that the Judge determines my neighbor owes me for all the crap she (& her grandson) intentionally put me through in 2018.
