Mullen (Verbascum) is a wonderful plant that grows all over the United States and Europe. It has an affinity for the lungs and is soothing and healing to the fine cilia hairs that absorb oxygen for our bodies. We are beings of the four elements of Earth, ? Wind ?️, Fire? and Water ? however, breath is an extremely fundamental element for our physical and mental well-being! I am grateful that we live in an age where we are remembering all of the amazing allies that nature affords us in the form of crystals, herbs, vision medicine, breath work, fasting, sun-gazing, grounding, and so much more! However, I believe it is vital that we remember the true aim of all of our spiritual practices: an understanding, kind, and loving heart.
