Well... the Court date for David Alexander of 2-06-2023 arrived... It was a rough day for him... He had been falsely accused of Elder Abuse by my crazy neighbor who loves to claim Elder Abuse to obtain restraining orders... (It is WHY I have a lien on her house- I proved she committed perjury when she falsely accuse me of Elder Abuse) - this is now her 8th claim of Elder Abuse... in the Ventura County Superior Courthouse. She obviously is using the Court System for her personal gain. (which in itself is reason enough for her to be investigated by the DA) & tho David has done nothing to deserve being REQUIRED to appear before a Judge... & even tho He is not deserving of a Restraining Order...
