How to make Diwali Sweets - Murukku
Step 1 - First put 4 cups rice, 1 urad dal light fried and grind together until smooth powder.
Step 2 - Put the powder in a bowl and fry sesame seed's one spoon ,asafoetida 2 or 3 pinch and add as per taste requirement.
Step 3 - Add water and mix like chapathi dough.
Step 4 - Put in murukku achu(murukku designing vessel) and then put the dough in seperate aluminium sheets / milk cover sheets as instructed in video.
Step 5 - Deep fry till it turn's into golden brown , take it out and enjoy murukku.
