Project Osiris is a faithful recreation of the Amiga classic Alien Breed 3D, while the Amiga didn't quite have the muscle to run a FPS, the folks at Team17 did their best to bring the FPS madness to the system. This standalone mod is not just a clone, it builds upon the original with more detailed sprites (without retracting from the original feel), and quality of life improvements. A love letter to this classic. Remember, it is *standalone*, you just download and play.

Playthrough sin comentar de la TC independiente para Doom "Project Osiris", por ArcturusDeluxe, version 0.8.4. Todas las muertes y secretos, empezando desde 0 en cada nivel.
Project Osiris es una recreación fiel del clásico de Amiga Alien Breed 3D, aunque este ordenador no tenía la potencia suficiente para correr un FPS, los chicos de Team17 lo hicieron lo mejor que pudieron para llevar la fiebre de los FPS al sistema. Este mod independiente no es solamente un clon, elabora sobre el original con sprites más detallados (pero sin faltar a su aspecto original), y mejoras de calidad de vida. Una carta de amor a este clásico. Recuerda, es *independiente*, solamente hay que descargar y jugar.

Wolfstone 3D is the easter egg included in Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, where you can play original Wolf3d on an arcade machine. It's Wolf3D, but the graphics have been altered so the good guys are the natsis, and the evil ones are Blazkowich and his rebellion friends. Every natsi reference has been also removed from the game. A few levels also had relevant changes and one is completely new

Wolfstone 3D es un huevo de pascua incluído en Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, donde puedes jugar el Wolf3D en una máquina arcade. Es Wolf3D, sólo que los gráficos han sido cambiados para que los buenos sean los natsis y los malos Blazkowich y sus amigos de la rebelión. Tambien se han quitado todas las referencias natsis del juego. Algunos niveles han recibido cambios relevantes y uno es completamente nuevo.

No commentary playthrough of Action Doom 2: Urban Brawl Reloaded. Played on the highest difficulty and showing every secret I was able to find.
AD2 is a Total Conversion for Doom 2 that turns it into a beat'em'up game which, of course, is melee combat heavy. Plow you way through dozens of thugs, gangs, maniacs to rescue your daughter... or not. Because there are multiple branching paths and endings.
A wild Urban brawl Reloaded appeared! It has been already 13 years since this launched during my finals? Jeez. The updated and revamped edition of Action Doom 2 adds new moves, fixes, corrections, and compatibility with modern GZDoom versions. If you missed it back in the day, now you have no excuse!

AD2 es una Total Conversion para Doom2 que lo convierte en un juego Beat'em'up que, por supuesto, está basado en combate cuerpo a cuerpo. Ábrete camino entre docenas de malotes, pandilleros y maníacos para rescatar a tu hija... o no. Porque existen múltiples caminos y finales.
¡Un Urban Brawl Reloaded salvaje aparecio! ¿Han pasado ya 13 años desde que salio esto durante mis exámenes finales? Jasús! La versión actualizada y revisada de AD2 añade nuevos movimientos, correcciones, y compatibilidad con las versiones modernas de GZDoom. Si te lo perdiste en su día, ahora no tienes excusa.

No commentary playthrough of Descent, PC version, using the DXX-Rebirth source port. Hotshot difficulty.
Developed by Parallax Software (now Volition) and published by Interplay in 1994, it was heavily marketed as the "360º shooter". Descent is a first person shooter where the robots from mining colonies all around the Solar System have gone rogue. You'll pilot a small vessel through the tunnels and caves to shut them down for good.
Descent is the best game I suck at, I like it but I get destroyed on higher skill levels. Despite using 3D models for every character, Descent uses a portal based engine where the levels are built from cubes al mashed alltogether, you can deform them as long as they remain convex. Descent also featured a killer midi soundtrack.

Desarrollado por Parallax Software (ahora Volition) y publicado por Interplay en 1994, Descent fue publicitado agresivamente como el "shooter 360º". Descent es un shooter en primera persona donde los robots de las colonias mineras de nuestro Sistema Solar se han rebeleado. Pilotas una pequeña nave a través de los túneles y cuevas para desactivarlos de bien.
Descent es el mejor juego en el que doy asco, me gusta, pero me destruyen en los niveles de dificultad superiores. A pesar de usar modelos 3D para todos los personajes, Descent usa un motor basado en portales en el que los niveles se conforman de cubos apiñados los unos con los otros, se pueden deformar mientras sigan siendo convexos. Descent también tenía una banda sonora midi excelente.

Welcome to my annual throwback to the best levels from 20 years ago, celebrating Doom's birthday!
The Classic Episode, created by Jan Van der Veken, Anthony Soto, Nick Baker, and Travers Dunne, turns out to be a timeless offer. A good E1 themed wad is always welcome, but this one comes from a time where the source ports were adding new features FAST, and everyone was taking advantage of them... like a taste of things to come, where now we have wads that either make extensive use of port's features (going way above vanilla limits at least), or are just vanilla compatible ones.

The Classic Episode, creado por Jan Van der Veken, Anthony Soto, Nick Baker, and Travers Dunne, resulta ser una oferta atemporal. Un buen wad con tema de E1 siempre es bienvenido, pero este viene de un tiempo donde los ports añadían nuevas capacidades RAPIDO, y todo el mundo hacía uso de ellas... como si de una visión del porvenir se tratase, donde ahora tenemos wads que o bien hacen uso extensivo de las capacidades de los ports (reventando los límites del vanilla como mínimo), or son completamente compatibles con vanilla.

No commentary playthrough of Wolfenstein 3D for the PowerPC Apple Macintosh series of computers, using MacenWolf, "Second Encounter" level set. Getting every kill, treasure and secret. "I'm A Death Incarnate" difficulty.
MacenWolf is a PC port of the Macintosh version of Wolfenstein 3D, which was based on the SNES version, but featured all violence and natsi references, as well as 2x resolution graphics and two new weapons. I also used the "Second Encounter" level set, which are the 30 trimmed down levels from the SNES version. I also upscaled the video from 1080p to 4K so you can enjoy the playthrough at a better quality due to increased bitrate.
Not much more to say, it's Wolf3D, with better graphics and a couple more features, with the only compromise that every enemy only features front facing enemies... Which I strongly dislike, and I prefer the og PC version. This version is also the foundation for the 3DO and Jaguar versions of the game.

Playthrough sin comentar del Wolfenstein 3D para la familia de ordenadores Macintosh PowerPC de Apple, utilizando MacenWolf, con el pack de mapas "Second Encounter". Todas las bajas, tesoros y secretos obtenidos. Dificultad "I'm A Death Incarnate".
MacenWolf es un port de PC de la version de Macintosh de Wolf3D, que a su vez estaba basado en la version de SNES, pero conservando toda la violencia y referencias natsis del original, además de texturas al doble de resolución y dos armas nuevas. También he usado el set de niveles "Second Encounter", que son los 30 niveles recortados de la versión de SNES. He resampleado el vídeo de 1080p a 4K para mayor calidad de vídeo gracias al bitrate mejorado.
No hay mucho más que decir, es Wolf3D, con mejores gráficos y un par de cosas a mayores, con el único recorte de que todos los enemigos siempre están mirando a la cámara... lo que no me gusta nada, y por ello prefiero la versión de PC. Esta versión además es en la que se basan las de 3DO y Jaguar.
