I found a 36 volt cordless mower on a local for sale site for $25 with a dead battery. The mower is in excellent condition.
The battery was left on the charger for a couple years.
Not a drop of electrolyte in the cells when I checked them.

so…got-my-head-stuck-in-an-old-tv.
One of my daughters asked me to create a helmet out of an old TV. Finding a 25-year-old TV was a great deal more difficult than it seems.
Having finished her creation I decided to create another one for myself. I was DJing a family Halloween dance and figured this was a quick way to make a simple costume.
In the end I had three televisions at my disposal and I picked an old Samsung colour TV.
I cut a hole in the bottom and put the shell back together with a couple screws. And I tried the TV on for size and probably realized I couldn’t get it off again without some help.
