As I prepare for the upcoming Breach Of Contract hearing in the attempt to End that Settlement agreement I created with my neighbor to collect the amount owed from the 3 Court Judgements I prevailed in... the neighbor who willfully destroyed 3 of my fences, then told a bunch of lies to get a "Elder abuse Restraining Order" - & even told a bunch of lies against her tenant David Alexander claiming Elder Abuse as well- whose case just got Dismissed -is now claiming she has "made all her payments- on time & does not want to end the settlement agreement" &"demands a court date because she has tons of evidence to prove she has made her payments"- Soooooo- Since I'm required to prove Ms. Crosnoe has not only been late on multiple payments, missed payments- (last payment received was in January 2023) & of course shell out more money- to the Sheriff & process servers to serve subpeonas.... to the clowns employed at the Crosnoe Circus.... not to mention get buried in massive paper work & make 10 copies of everything because anything I present to the Judge- I'm required to give the criminal a copy of all evidence I have...- yep- USB sticks, videos, included- In short I'm basically gonna end up spending over $500 just to prove my neighbor has not kept up with her payments! - on the upside- at least I can add that cost to "after judgement cost" which is added to the amount owed by Ms. Linda Crosnoe. After 3 years in Court against Linda Crosnoe... I've learned her antics...
