In this video I make a dust collector for a small shop vac. I used a 60 liter plastic bucket and replaced the lid with a stronger plywood lid and added a plywood support so the walls of the bucket would not deform as a result of the vacuum created in the bucket. The collector bucket hose was made from two separate vacuum hoses to which I added 3D printed fittings. A steel mesh water filter was attached to the underside of the lid to prevent large particles getting sucked into the vacuum cleaner. The design of the collector seems to work well as not even small dust particles get into the shop vac. In this video I make a throne chair from old wood salvaged from a demolition site. The wood was a combination of Baltic pine and Spruce. A total of 44 wooden dowels were used for the joints. In this video I make a drilling guide for a small portable drill from a ball bearing drawer slide. I need to thread some holes in plastic for another project I'm working on which requires a drill which can do reverse. None of my other drill presses have a reverse so I decided to use a portable drill. The stand is made from plywood. I removed the ball bearings that are used for the drawer member of the slide as well as removing the draw member itself. So only one set of ball bearings are left in the slide.
