An effigy I made of; Amelia the Scarlet Queen, using various materials. Q and A for those curious: Q: Why did you make this? A: For a few reasons. Firstly, I've wanted to experiment with bone as a material for a while, but have never had the opportunity or resources to do it. Secondly, because it was a good opportunity to learn about using bone as a material. And thirdly, to show my devotion to the lord. Q: Do the bones stink? A: Not really, slightly of peroxide after their finished being cleaned, and washed after; but that's otherwise it. Q: What does Amelia think of this? A: She is fine with it, if anything she is glad that I'm willing to give this a try. Q: How long did it take to make? A: excluding the time it took to get the peroxide, bones, shells, and wool; Ide say 4-5 days. Q: Why make the video now, and not when you add the finishing touches? A: Its going to take a while to get the bones necessary for the ends of the wings, and the hands and feet if I decide to add them; plus its more convenient to do it now as I have a bit of free time.
