Cunniffe on the roadside in Texas does not apply to you and the content of the ruling has no bearing on exact distance from officers! Today's video picks a little fun at a low visibility sovcit, but focuses primarily on education of law. I'm not an attorney, but we'll cover (mostly) legitimate information based on independent, education backed study - not a YouTube law degree type of study either. Our recent unwanted houseguest has returned with a new video, explaining the concept of flat earth/globe earth, but cements himself into geocentrism because he apparently doesn't recognize any form of physics since Aristotle. Please note, the Catholic church's prior views are a historical part of defining the physics model, so this is not a religious stance - it is fact for historical value. That's the point of education - it is gaining a foundation on where a belief started and how it has changed to formulate the current belief/theory, but that would be self explanatory to anyone who took a physics class. I'm more of a thicc earth kind of guy anyway. Also, Texas has submitted changes to legislation to modify the defensive position of people suspected of interfering with a police officer. Specifically, they modified the plausible defenses to include requirements of following and obeying lawful orders to step back as far as the police tell the copwatchers to. And if they don't, it's interfering. It has not passed as of yet, but we can only hope this sets an example for other states. Arrests will definitely start flowing in the polished turd that is the 1A community. Finally, we discuss some options to legitimately audit, like getting an education.
